Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and orders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 days from being placed. Items with the label "online only" are printed to order and could have an extended production time.
Please note: Paying for upgraded shipping service does not affect processing or production time. We will notify you with a USPS tracking number when your order is shipped.
If you selected to pickup your order during checkout, we will send you another email once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for that email before heading to the store. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, don't fret. Our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you wish to return or exchange a shirt or other item, simply visit any of our Lafayette locations within 90 days of purchase, and our friendly team will assist you in finding a better fit. For a full refund or exchange, please ensure that the shirts remain unwashed, unworn, free from fragrance, and undamaged. All returned items must be in their original condition. Regrettably, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after 90 days from the date of purchase or receipt of online orders. In such cases, we will gladly issue store credit in the form of an online gift card.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Gift cards are non-returnable.

If you feel that you should have received your order and haven't, please email us at info@parishink.com.
If your order already shipped, we will gladly resend your tracking number. If your order has not shipped, we will give you the status of your order.
Parish Ink is not responsible for orders lost in the mail. If your package appears to be lost, you can contact the Post Office and start a claim.

If your order's tracking information shows that your package has been "delivered" but you haven't received your package yet...
• Check with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake! Almost half the time, this is what's happened.
• Contact your local post office and let them know.
• Keep an eye out over the next few days -- there's a change its delivery's just been a little delayed!
